Photographing Architecture

Watching the gorgeous, organised, calm and just slightly “off, in a good way” photography of Kevin Krautgartner …

…I wish I had these buildings from Stockholm, that I always loved, closer, to practice my photography on.

The yellow house is “Gula Huset” i Skärholmen designed by Hans Borgström 1973-1975. And the more modern “skyscraper” is “Brommahöjden” in Bromma designed by Per Johansson 2007-2008.

Not that there is a deficit of beautiful architecture in the Gothenburg-Alingsås area that I live in now. 🙂

Top left is “Bastun i frihamnen” a working sauna built in the former industrial harbor of Gothenburg by Raumblabor Berlin (also featured image), top right is Alingsås Museum built by Jonas Alströmer 1730, middle right is “Gasklockan” (gas-holder) in Gothenburg finished 1933, and the two pictures on the bottom is from “Nordostpassagen” built between 1964 – 1969.
