Vegan deodorantI am starting to phase out all products in my home that are not vegan and might be animal tested, so when things run out I look for new alternatives. This time is was deodorant. I found this organic grapefruit smelling deodorant, bought at Malin i Ratan and made by Sara from NaturligDeo, based mainly on coconut butter, corn starch, baking soda and lovely natural fragrance, made in Sweden, which is where I live so that is good.

So what did I think about it? I think it is lovely, it comes in a jar so you kind of have to scoop it out like a moisturizer, and that is how it feels on the skin too. So I use about a peas worth of product under each arm, it smells lovely grapefruity but not too strong and I must say that I do think its working better than my usual “the one that smelled nicest from the grocery store” ones! It just melts into your skin and is not wet or sticky at all. I am really happy with this! My husband is liking it too. Recommending!

Some of the soaps from  Malin i Ratan, they all have natural organic ingrediens, mainly Swedish rapeseed oil,  lovely Swedish forest/countryside scents and are a joy to use. I have bought several, the last one was for my dad on fathers day which is celebrated on the second Sunday of November in Sweden. Totally recommend these too, and they make great gifts.
