From Tollered to Västerås

Car pictures, so it will be blurry and cloudy. dsc03149aBeautiful Sweden but on a bit of a crappy day photography wise. dsc03160a

screen-shot-2016-09-09-at-23-12-42Almost crossing Sweden but without actually seeing any sea. Västerås was a bigger city than I thought.

Two interesting trucks, both concerning questionable treatment of animals, a horse racing sulky plus horses, and a truck full of cows that is probably not alive any more. I mean, I hope they are moved to a lovely new pasture with lots of fresh grass, but I don’t really believe that.

We stopped to eat our packed lunch at this beautiful old convent, Ramundeboda, from around 1400, but this has apparently been a resting spot since the viking age. It was nice to stretch my legs a bit and stroll around the ruins.

Trying to make my self comfortable in our little Toyota Aygo, easier said than done. But I only fell asleep for the last hour and a half or so, and then for an hour at the hotel, and then one more hour before I actually could go outside and have a look at Västerås.

Traveling is extremely tiring for someone with Aspergers. I am so glad we took an extra day to get here so I could get time for the rest I need. The Hotel is beautiful, I’ll take pictures of that and the city tomorrow in daylight.
