Why Make a Donation?

Why there is a donation button on my site.

As I have Aspergers I will never be able to cope with a “normal” full-time job. I did run my own company for a while, Friday Studios, but even this was too much for me. It was too much work handling the non artistic bits.

This blog is a way for me to keep in contact with the real world, with you, my lovely readers, who seem to like what I do, this is a way to broaden and bring meaning into my somewhat isolated world. It makes a huge difference in my life.

I love taking pictures, I love knitting, all kinds of crafting and art, I love taking pictures of things I have crafted, I love taking pictures of my bunnies and my “sheep on loan”, and I love writing about it. Sometimes it will be funny, sometimes serious, sometimes just an important link or a photo. I will do my best to blog every day, good or bad. Which will mean you will get to know me a lot better over time.

For me to be able to keep bringing you interesting content, great pictures, giveaways and product reviews, I find I need stuff. A working camera not attached to my phone would be a nice start. I would also like to give products I love or things I have made, back to you and for that I need funds, even if it’s just stamps for shipping we are talking about. That is why I have a donate button on my page. If you feel you can, want to or find it worthwhile, I would appreciate any sum, and be grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you!

Love Frida

A picture I took wile in art school, playing with the night settings and moving objects, with my then current camera that is now 8 years old and deceased.

(The shadow is my husband running in circles for the sake of art) 😉
